Acne skin care product application: Manuka Oil
|
In the morning and evening: Wash skin with
Manuka Propolis
Soap (or your regular acne skin care product) and warm
water. Apply Manuka Oil to the skin. |
For
pimples, zits and mild acne: apply Manuka Oil only to the affected skin areas as needed.
For
acne and severe acne:
apply Manuka Oil as your acne skin care product on all skin areas where
acne might possibly occur. That can prevent acne lesions from forming.
Manuka Oil is very easy to apply and usually you will not need a lot of
oil to cover the skin. |
 |
Manuka
Oil penetrates into deeper layers of the skin where it fights bacteria.
Repeat oil application 2-3 times throughout the day, as needed.
Most people experience a first improvement of their skin after 2-3
weeks. It is important to stick to Manuka Oil for at least 8 weeks in
order to give the oil the chance to entirely clear up the skin problem.
If
Manuka Oil works for you, keep using it. Keep in mind: There is
no acne skin care product that helps overnight. Companies that promise
results like that are only taking advantage of the hopes and fears of
acne sufferers.
Propolis is a natural substance, collected by
the honeybees and well known for its antibacterial properties. In the
beehive it is used to disinfect and sterilize. The selective quality of propolis enables it to distinguish pathogenic bacteria from the friendly
variety that is left in place for the skin’s natural defense system.
Propolis soap is an effective cleansing soap
offering the benefits of propolis, tea tree oil and
Manuka Honey.
This antibacterial, non- allergenic soap does not dry out the skin and
provides necessary nutrients to delicate skin tissues. |
 |
In addition to Manuka Oil and Propolis soap people
suffering from severe acne can also use natural
Manuka Honey
as additional acne skin care product.
Manuka Honey as additional acne remedy:
Manuka Honey is an antibacterial honey from New Zealand and has been
extensively researched for the past 20 years. Manuka Honey is collected
from the tea tree bush, the same bush Manuka Oil is produced from.
Take a little Manuka Honey and place it on the skin affected with
acne. Apply Manuka Honey twice daily. The honey helps drawing out
impurities from the acne pimples. Manuka Honey draws moisture out of a
wound (pimple), destroys bacteria at the wound site and enhances the
growth of new cells closing the wound. Within 2-4 days the acne should
be relieved and you should see a significant difference.
Natural Acne
Facial:
You can also make a Manuka Honey facial once a week: Tie back
your hair and apply a thin layer of the honey all over the face and
leave it on for 10-20 minutes. Then wash off with warm water and apply
your regular moisturizing acne skin care product.
“When my friend
told me to apply honey on my face as alternative acne skin care product
I thought she was crazy…isn’t that disgusting? A sticky mess on your
face – how in the world could I ever wash that off again? But she
convinced me and one Sunday evening we both applied the honey to our
faces. I could not believe how good this felt. A relaxing, cooling
feeling. After 10 minutes or so we washed it off, and it was not a
problem at all, other than I had expected. Wow, what a great feeling
this honey gives you afterwards: smooth, even skin, and I could clearly
see that the acne in my face was considerably relieved and didn’t seem
to be red. Ever since that Sunday I apply Manuka Honey once or twice a
week – what a treat for my skin.”
